Rachel Foster

Dr. Rachel Foster is a 2012 graduate of the University Of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry, where she enjoyed student activities, intramurals, and being involved in the expanding world of optometry.

She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. Dr. Foster has written journal articles related to the importance of eye care, children’s vision, and office management for various publications. Locally, she’s a member of various organizations including Kiwanis, CROWN, PEO, and UMC.

Dr. Rachel now resides right across the river from Columbia, Illinois, with her husband Denny, two sons, Luke and Cole, and dog Zoey. She enjoys playing volleyball, fishing, gardening, and cheering on her boys in their various activities in her spare time.
