Amanda Bryant

Front Desk Coordinator

Amanda joined Advanced Vision Care in October of 2020.  With her previous experience working as a Photographer’s Assistant, working in childcare for many years, and working with an assisted living facility, she has experience working one on one with members of the community for quite a while.  She settled into her roll as Front Desk Coordinator first at the Belleville office, and now at the Freeburg location, with enthusiasm.  Though she didn’t have any prior experience in the eyecare field, Amanda is happily learning much and is eager to continue her education.

Her rolls at AVC include answering the phones, making appointments for patients, greeting patients as they walk through the door, helping get patients checked in for their visits, and various other office related tasks. She thoroughly enjoys bringing a smile to our patients’ faces and making sure they have the best experience possible when they visit our office, especially children.

As a recent transplant to Freeburg (though her husband, Derek, grew up here) Amanda is thrilled and excited to begin serving her own community. (The 5 minute commute isn’t bad, either!)  She moved here in April of 2020 with her husband, their son, Jeremiah (JJ), and their crazy dog, Freddie.  Amanda enjoys reading, being outside as much as possible when the weather is nice, camping, spending time with family and friends, and the occasional crafty adventure that inevitably ends up abandoned halfway through!
